Pretty Colored Mustard Pasta on What's for Dinner Wednesday

Just a quick post today because this pasta is so quick (but so yummy).  Thought it was appropriate after the mustard sweater WRM post since this has mustard as a main ingredient.  Bon Apetit mes gracieux lecteurs!

1 lb tri-color pasta (or really any kind you have on hand)
2 TBSP dijon mustard
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
Tomatoes, cubed
1 tsp dill spice
1 avocado, cubed
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 red pepper, cubed
1/2 green pepper, cubed

Cook your pasta according to package directions.  
While cooking, whisk together the mustard, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl.  Add salt and pepper.  
Drain pasta once cooked, and mix with remaining vegetables.
Toss in dressing mix.  
Enjoy!  Told you it was quick!
