Having had a baby recently (April), most of my time is spent changing diapers, feeding, and now that he's older providing entertainment. That doesn't leave a whole lot of time to get to the gym to burn off some of the baby weight.
I have a subscription to Hulu (love by the way - if it weren't for sports I could use this instead of cable), and I kept seeing ads for Daily Burn so I decided to try out the free 30 day trial. Now, I'm totally hooked! They have tons of videos from yoga to kettlebells, cardio to strength training, and more! Even some P90X type workouts. The instructors aren't cheesy either like I found with P90X. I would definitely recommend trying it out at home - it's great for busy stay at home moms! They even have some baby yoga! To top it off it's only $10 a month which is totally affordable and on track with my lifestyle. So far I've lost 37 lbs since the baby! Now only 23 left to go =).
